Short-Term Rental Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our refund policy below so you know what to expect in case of cancellation.

1. Standard Refund Policy
Full Refund:

Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund, including cleaning fees.

Partial Refund:

Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund (excluding service and cleaning fees).

No Refund:

Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Early Departure or No-Show
No refunds will be issued for early departures or no-shows.

Date Changes
We allow one free date change if requested at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability.

 Extenuating Circumstances
In cases of natural disasters, mandatory evacuations, or other proven emergencies, partial or full refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
