POOL RULES 

1. Supervision & Safety

• No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk.

• Children under 18 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• No running, pushing, or rough play in or around the pool.

2. Health & Hygiene

• Shower before entering the pool.

• Anyone with open wounds, illnesses, or infections may not enter the water.

• No glass containers in the pool area.

3. Behavior & Conduct

• No diving in shallow water.

• No excessive noise, disorderly conduct, or disruptive behavior.

• No alcohol or drug use around the pool. Intoxicated individuals may not enter.

4. Pool Use

• Use pool only during posted hours: 8:00AM-11PM

• No pets in the pool.

• Proper swim attire required.

5. Property Respect

• Do not move pool equipment or furniture without permission.

• Report any damages immediately.

• Guests must follow all instructions from the property owner/host.

This Liability Release and Waiver (“Agreement”) is entered into on the date signed below by the undersigned guest (“Guest”).

1. Assumption of Risk
Guest acknowledges and understands that swimming and being around a pool involve inherent risks, including slips, falls, drowning, injury, or death. Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the pool and surrounding areas.

2. Release of Liability
Guest agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner, host, management, employees, and agents  from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to Guest’s use of the pool, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Responsibility for Minors
Guest accepts full responsibility for any minors they bring to the premises and ensures they are supervised at all times.

4. Compliance With Rules
Guest agrees to follow all posted Pool Rules and all instructions from the property owner/host.

5. Fitness to Swim
Guest confirms they are physically able to swim and participate safely and will not enter the pool while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication affecting judgment or coordination.

6. Damage Responsibility
Guest agrees to be responsible for any damage caused to the pool or property as a result of their actions or those of supervised minors.

7. Consent & Acknowledgment
By signing below, Guest confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Release and Waiver.
